We take great care to find the best vegetarian and vegan food options available in each place we visit. Sometimes we even take our own cooks along in order to guarantee the quality of the meals. At our vegetarian guesthouse in the Limatambo Valley, we use fresh ingredients from the organic garden as much as possible. It is our pleasure to provide you with healthy and balanced food so that you may get maximum enjoyment out of your trip. We also cater for specific needs such as gluten-free or sugar-free diets.

In most places, the food is specially cooked for us and we usually ask people to provide local indigenous food, made with quinoa, broad beans, tarwi, potatoes, and pumpkin. In other places, you may try some international vegetarian dishes, such as ratatouille, vegetable curries or avocado sushis. We make sure that there is plenty of variety and that ample fresh fruit and juices are included in your diet as well as some seeds, nuts and dried fruit.
