Distribute the vegetables in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle a little olive oil on top. Bake at 250\u00ba centigrade or gas mark\u00a05 for around 45 minutes or until soft. Seasoned Chick Peas:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">Pre-cooked chickpeas<\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">4 cloves of garlic<\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">1 big onion<\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">3 stalks of celery<\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">1 tomato<\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">Salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaf\u00a0and tarragon\u00a0to taste<\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">A little water or broth from the chickpeas<\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"thumb-holder\">Put a little olive oil in a saucepan and add all the finely sliced vegetables (except the chickpeas). Add the salt, bay leaf and spices stirring frequently. Add a little water and cook the veggies until slightly soft.
