Recipe of the month: Hummus Raw (vegan) – simply delicious!
 Ingredients:
200 g chickpeas
100 g tomatoes
50 g celery
juice of 1 lemon
2-5 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
salt
dill
pepper or paprika
Method:
soak the chickpeas in cold water two days before. Keep changing and renewing the water.
Mix all the ingredients in a kitchen blender. Serve with bread and olives or salad.
