5-6 servings (in small dessert bowls)
- 5 bananas
- Juice of one orange
- 2-4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon granulated freeze dried coffee
- Chopped brazil nuts, hazels or coconut for the decoration
Mix the bananas, cocoa, orange juice, shredded coconut, and coffee in the blender until smooth. The consistency should be that of a loose mousse, make sure it is not too thick. Fill into the dessert bowl and decorate with the nuts of your choice. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. That’s all. Bon appetit!
